2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1. The use of the Website attributes the status of user (hereinafter, the “User” or “Users”) and implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Service. Therefore, the User must carefully read this document each time they intend to use the Website, since it may be modified.
2.2. Access to the Website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.

During any Ikademia class, students and teacher(s) could generate or use content. If you become an Ikademia student, you acknowledge that anything you produce or present during a class remains the exclusive property of Ikademia, and that Ikademia may reuse such content or materials at its discretion. To clear up doubts, “generated content” includes class recordings in any format (e.g. audio, video, photo).
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1. Anyone who uses the Web does so at their own risk. Ikademia is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur in its content or others that may be accessed through it.
4.2. Nor can Ikademia be held responsible for any damages derived from the use of the Website, nor for any action carried out on the basis of the information provided therein.
4.3. Ikademia does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements that could cause damage or alterations to the computer system, electronic documents or files of the User. Consequently, Ikademia is not responsible for any damages that such elements may cause to the User or third parties.
4.4. Ikademia hereby undertakes not to engage in misleading advertising.
